Thank you for shopping at Revrider Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. This policy applies to all orders placed through our website within the United States.
1. Returns Eligibility

30-Day Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Custom or personalized parts (e.g., custom paint, CNC-machined parts with user engraving)

Clearance or “Final Sale” items

Safety equipment once the seal is broken (e.g., helmets, jackets)

2. How to Initiate a Return

Request an RMA: Contact our Customer Service team at contact@revriderstore.com or (678) 691-7099.

Provide Order Details: Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.

Receive RMA Number: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.

Ship Back: Pack the item securely, clearly mark the RMA on the outside of the package, and ship to the address provided. You’re responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email within 3 business days.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective parts returned without packaging or missing accessories.
4. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@rideright.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return and ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Size/Model Exchanges: For changes in size or model (where applicable), follow the standard return process and place a new order for your desired item. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive your refund.
5. Cancellations

Pre-Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if canceled before shipment. Contact us ASAP at support@rideright.com.
